Our Back to School Night is soon approaching! We will have free round trip transportation from the Lockwood area starting at 5:30pm, food, giveaways, and childcare! Grade levels will present together as a team. Session one will be from 6:30-7:00pm and session two from 7:00-7:30!

Tomorrow is the first day of school! It has been a great summer at CRED from our leadership team making new banners for our hallways to our PTA hosting Popsicles in the Park to a successful Open House filled with lots of JOY! We can’t wait to start a new school year ❤️

Our ELO Summer Program is over! We had so much fun and CRES sprit was everywhere! We hope you join us to kick off the new school year on Friday August 23rd from 2-3pm! Let’s once again show our school year spirit as a community!

It is the last week of our 2024 summer program! We had a beach day. A huge thank you to our Reading Specialist Mrs. Lim and one of our 4th grade teachers Ms. Bishop for bringing JOY and Smiles to everyone🥳❤️🏖️

Students are enjoying their ELO summer experiences! Kindergartners made drawings of a character after reading “Ribbit.”
4th graders made hot air balloons after reading about them. We are smiling, learning, and enjoying our summer time together ☺️!

It’s our second day of opening our doors for our summer ELO program! It’s so fun to see all the smiles and excitement ☺️! This summer we are hosting three different programs in our building! Welcome All💕

CRES celebrated the 100th day of learning with a scavenger hunt! 100 paws were hidden around the building! 🐾 Students loved finding the paws and filling our chart plus receiving prizes ⭐️!

Two weeks in a row we have had NEW events at CRES 🐾 We hosted Winterland Bingo as our first ever Title One event with school materials that everyone brought home! We also hosted a Town Hall around bullying and did affirmations plus our choir sang 🥰🐾

CRES’s First FREE Food Market was a huge success! It was filled with smiles, heavy boxes and bags of food, and much gratefulness that we could do this for our community!

CRES hosted their first interactive Fall Open House where families joined us to do Fall related arts and crafts plus games! It was a wonderful turnout and we were thrilled to see so many smiles 🥰🥳🤩☺️

We hosted our 2nd Donations with Donohue! We gave away soap and sponges plus Mrs. Cabrera our school based Parent Community Coordinator helped to sign families up for Parentvue and Remind! Reach out if you need help setting up or using those apps!

Evidence of Hispanic Heritage Month is seen throughout our building! It’s beautiful to see 🥰

It was our first ever Donations with Donohue! This is an opportunity for us to listen to you and give you a free donation! All those who came today received a small dental kit for their children! 🦷🪥

Did you know that CRES does affirmations? We have a new affirmation each week. Students hold them up in the hallway during arrival as music plays through out the halls. Then the affirmation is said on the announcements in multiple languages by student volunteers 🥰!

CRES is in full swing as we kicked off the school year! Lining up before recess to review expectations, JOY boards in every room showing moments of JOY, co-teaching happening throughout the building, and our new counselor and RJ Behavior Specialist visiting rooms to review ROARS!
