Happy #WorldMentalHealthDay. Good tip on Radio2 earlier for people struggling to cope at times. Breath in for 4 sec,hold for 4 and breath out for 8. This can help you stay calm and focused, and can reset your body and mind. Don't bottle it up folks, talk to someone xx❤️
