-->A month later and... nothing.
Corrupt, useless @haringeycouncil

We need a review not because we need more policy recommendations but because people need to be held accountable for their appalling decisions. Anyone who suppressed investigations into child rape or other crimes need to be named and, if they still hold public office, fired.
My position remains:
1. The authorities have a duty to uphold the law without fear or favour
2. This is a noble goal.
3. The truth cannot be racist.
4. If the systematic rape of children was overlooked to "preserve good race relations", what other lesser crimes have been buried?

If you live in Muswell Hill, Hornsey and Wood Green and Tottenham or neighbouring areas, send a message to @HaringeyLabour this Thursday. Protest against waste, corruption and incompetence in Haringey.

@DanielMcmorrow@AJogee A convenient excuse to turn a blind eye to corruption and incompetence within your own party. Like @DavidLammy it looks like @AJogee will spend his time grandstanding about woke issues while ignoring the real harms done to people in his constiuency by his own government/council.
@metpoliceuk@CatherineWest1@DavidLammy@haringeycouncil@perayahmet Meanwhile, development of the site has been held up for YEARS due to incompetence. The council demolished the old care home on the site without proper planning permission. No dust monitors were installed, meaning local residents could have been exposed. https://t.co/6vWN3749jY

@metpoliceuk@CatherineWest1@DavidLammy@haringeycouncil@perayahmet An auditor found that an official may have leaked confidential information to a property developer. “There is no way of knowing how the developer received this information but it does demonstrate links between either officers or members and Developer A” https://t.co/jwhM5eBLeH
@haringeycouncil@thameswater No private developer would have gotten away with the sheer unadulterated incompetence that @haringeycouncil has displayed throughout this project.
-->Remember, this is the council that failed to get permission FROM ITSELF before demolition began 🤦♀️ https://t.co/lTGvfvxJcS
Another appearance in @PrivateEyeNews for @haringeycouncil for its failure to get permission from... itself before demolishing Cranwood care home, potentially exposing local residents to pollutants... 1/
The water pipe that @thameswater are now due to investigate has been buried since around 1970! The pipe has been exposed since October 2023!
Questions for @haringeycouncil
-->Why has there been no activity on the Cranwood site in 6 months? 🧵

-->Why did @haringeycouncil fail to talk to @thameswater to schedule the inspection so that their inspectors would be ready to move in once the pipe was exposed?
-->Why was the time to arrange inspection not accounted for in the timetable for completion?
