Wallet integration is working on the testnet, and DAO voting rights are now being incorporated.

Once everything is fully functional, I will push the deployment to mainnet.

The $Council infrastructure is currently running on my personal MacBook. Eventually, I plan to buy the $Council its own dedicated hub using the fees generated through @pumpdotfun.
