I was honored to speak tonight at the Worcester Fire Department promotion and award ceremony this evening. Four were recognized for bravery at a water rescue at Coes Pond and there were 14 promotions, 1 Deputy Chief, 2 District Chiefs, 3 Captains and 8 Lieutenants.
