NEW: President Trump is still pushing for a deal with Iran even as Israel continues launching strikes.
Trump says he expects to know where negotiations stand “in a matter of days,” while his team works to cool tensions before the conflict escalates further.
VP Vance says the Iranians are "putting some real things on the table" and don’t want war either, calling it a “home-run win for the American people” if the U.S. can get a deal across the finish line.

RUBIO: “I don't know what shoes she's talking about. What is she talking about?”
JACOBS: “Your shoes look very nice today, Mr. Secretary.”
RUBIO: “How can you see them? They're way down here. We're talking about shoes. Are you guys kidding me? I mean, is this the Foreign Affairs Committee, or is this like a circus?”

SEC. MULLIN: "We can protect the rights of American citizens all day long. They don't have the right to assault my officers."
"What is this? Is this a dunk tank?"
Marco Rubio doesn’t hold back after Democrat Rep. Sydney Kamlager-Dove cuts him off and refuses to let him answer her questions during a House Foreign Affairs hearing:
"Why am I here if I don’t get to answer your questions or your defamatory statements?"
"You get asked questions for five minutes and you don't get time to answer? It's not a hearing!"
