@feziledhlamini_ Do you mean an existing template that’s customised to your needs by a contractor that will accept BNPL terms? Or do you mean a custom Wordpress solution built for your needs with BNPL terms?
Or did I miss the plot entirely?

@Mthoko_Maj @talkcentss All labour is cheap when they are buying with hard currency

[Vincepadarius @CountLiveAlot]

@Keshy31 @talkcentss Don’t forget cheap labour

[Vincepadarius @CountLiveAlot]

@Mthoko_Maj @talkcentss Couple it with cheap labour and you’re raking it

Two options come to mind

1. Only mention cash when you’re close to finalising the sale price.
2. Ask him how much his dealer commission is and pay a portion of that, he gets the commission without the admin.

We tried to buy a car cash. It was more favouraboe for the dealer to go with the guy who applied for finance of the same car. Crazy.

“consider hiring a financial planner who has the curiosity to understand your values and desired outcomes without letting a product lead the plan (whether they sell it or not).”

My favorite part of this post.

[Cody Garrett, CFP®️, CFT™ @MeasureTwiceMNY]

Worried about the tech-heavy U.S. stock market?

You might be searching for stock market alternatives: "If the tech sector gets hit, which stocks will still do well?"

If so, the problem with your portfolio probably isn't tech.

What you likely need most is to step back and review your comprehensive financial plan, including your fundamental asset allocation.

Give every dollar a job and a use-by date BEFORE selecting specific investments. Solve for the fixed income (bonds + cash) allocation FIRST!

If that's difficult to do alone, consider hiring a financial planner who has the curiosity to understand your values and desired outcomes without letting a product lead the plan (whether they sell it or not).

@Nicolascole77 It’s really bad. Finding it hard to sift through things these days. I’ve been overloaded with stuff when looking into anything related to AI

Damn, that’s good. It got me thinking, who curates banger ad libraries like these? I bet there are a bunch of marketing folks who would not mind paying for curated libraries like these for their industry. But can you view ad performance in libraries, I don’t think so.

[Alex Cooper @alexgoughcooper]

If you want a masterclass on native ads and emotional copywriting, study this ad library

@MaxdMerc @crocio @TheAppleDesign I’m not getting the shortcut that’s been modularised

[Vincepadarius @CountLiveAlot]

@crocio @TheAppleDesign No that’s not it, I’ve got the app. Could it be OS issue? I know I haven’t updated mine due to space.

@mikefoley @TheAppleDesign I click my power button 3 times to turn to grey scale, perhaps you could do something similar? To switch between preset low and high volumes.
