Gen Z women are bringing the traditional wife back.
Marriage. Motherhood. Homemaking. Family over corporate ambition.
Women choose the life they truly want.
It’s kind of crazy how the most morally upstanding f*male of the past year was a gender-bent fictional villain turned lover, while every 3D w*man in the public eye proved irredeemably evil.
Speaking of underutilized, has anyone written or drawn a scene between Harry and Malfoid where they compare the scars Voldemort gave them? He has the lighting bolt, she has the death eater tattoo.
One thing which was surprisingly underutilized by the Malfoid discourse—and I’m still trying to integrate this in a wholesome way—is that Harry Potter is, canonically, a snake charmer.
@Tysenberg I’ve been thinking about this dynamic and wondering whether or not he would disinherit his daughter for marrying Harry. I could see it going either way.
@JadeAtrophis This, if anything, is one reason why I think Malfoid took off. Making Malfoy a female love interest for Harry actually improves several aspects of the story.

Women don’t support Lindsay Clancy because she killed her children. But the reason they do support her is just as stupid.
Many have experienced postpartum depression, felt their own mental-health problems weren’t taken seriously, or both. From there, they make two enormous leaps: that sufficiently severe depression inevitably becomes “psychosis,” and that psychosis means becoming completely unaware of and powerless over your own actions.
Under that theory, what Lindsay actually did is almost incidental. She could have shot up a school, climbed a mountain, or started a cupcake business. The act itself is treated as random— something her body happened to do while “she” was essentially absent.
That’s why they can sympathize with her without believing they sympathize with child murder. In their minds, Lindsay didn’t meaningfully choose to kill her children; she simply happened to kill them while in a state that could supposedly happen to any woman whose postpartum depression became severe enough.
They believe she could have done literally anything in that state— she just happened to kill her children.
It’s gone from “we need Mass migration so you can afford tacos” to “Whoooah buddy, who told you that you could afford tacos? You need to grind harder to get those tacos. Tacos are for closers, scrub.”
Whatever side gaslights people about costs of living will lose to whatever side proposes a solution - even if the solution won’t work. That’s what people are desperate for.
