BREAKING: We're suing the U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service over their plan to give away 715 acres of a public wildlife refuge to billionaire corporation Space X.
We shouldn't be sacrificing our cherished public lands to subsidize a company owned by the richest man in the world.

@ThrillaRilla369 Somewhat off topic but related: Almost every square inch of habitable land on Earth is governed, owned, and regulated by a sovereign nation or private landowners. Nowhere to live on the planet without a government's permission (and a financial transaction).
@Be_like_legend Over the past 3 years, while recovering from a mystery Lyme-like illness that exacerbated autism/adhd, I discovered edibles, and my life has healed in ways I didn't know were possible. I am convinced that cannabis is not only deeply medicinal, but it is also intelligent.
This is how political coalitions collapse.
A lifelong Texas conservative just looked straight into the camera and basically said:
“I’d rather hand Democrats the Senate than let these corporations turn my community into a giant AI server farm.”
That is a MASSIVE warning sign for Republicans.
This is the Republican base revolting against Trump-backed Ken Paxton over data centers swallowing land, water, power grids, and entire towns.
And once rural conservatives start breaking rank over corporate overreach, property destruction, and quality-of-life issues…
the map changes FAST.
Republicans have held that Senate seat since 1993.
Now you have conservatives openly saying:
“Red or blue, if you stop the data centers, you get our vote.”
That is how realignment starts.
@GrandFunkJ@TheProjectUnity Nearly half the planet operates entirely outside the specific cultural chokehold of Abrahamic groupthink. They are simply here, breathing, living their lives, and looking at the patterns of the universe in a completely different way. And they have a right to breathe freely here.
Meet Joe and Robin Williams of Holly Ridge, Louisiana.
Meta is buidling their Hyperion data center, bigger than Manhattan, next to their property.
Their water often smells like bleach and looks like coffee.
They gave their dog tap water, and she got very sick.
She got better as soon as he went on bottled water.
They are retirees who use bottled water for everything at their own expense.
There is so much dust in the air constantly that they have developed breathing problems.
It was the same all over town.
It's been this way for more than a year and a half.
They had no idea any of this was coming, no consent, their *elected leaders* all signed NDAs.
How is this even remotely OK?
You might want data centers, but how can anyone support this??
This is plainly and simply wrong by any measure.
I’m now facing 31 years in prison — even more than before!
Prosecutors just added 3 more felony charges against me before my arraignment today.
All because I volunteered to save beagles from criminal abuse at Ridglan Farms.
