How about an education drive to get people using Recycle Bins in places where they often, stupidly, discard their trash ("litter" in America)? 🍔🍟🍕

I'm glad, because I don't wanna eat mashed potatoes with my hands. Instead of banning it, consider encouraging recycling it. Good luck either way.
