Independence Day is the day the 13 colonies broke from allegiance to the British crown

Perhaps if we returned to calling it Independence Day, it will regain some of its meaning

It wasn’t until end of 2022 that it went to like 4.80 and then hovered around 4.50-4.90 for 2023 and 2024 started to come down for the election

@thatmanted11 @RepJeffries I agree that gas is high, but it is not an all time high. I distinctly remember paying over $6 for 93 in 2022 for 5-6 months under Biden. Everyone kept saying presidents don’t control gas prices. So if people were ok with paying for that then, they shouldn’t be complaining now
