The Book of Mormon is evidence of that. I’m not sure why so many Christians judge it without reading it.

@Mormonger However the gospel restored to Joseph Smith by the Saviour is the same gospel that was taught in Christs original New Testament church. See Revelation 14:6 about the angel who would bring it back.
