I also have bipolar induced insomnia which causes my sleep to be crappy as hell, and my meds help me actually sleep. It’s so nice to have a free “you will 100% sleep well” medicine that also quells all the crazy mania thoughts in my head.
Take your meds guys it’s worth it <///3

For me it’s cause my bipolar meds make me extremely sleepy, and sometimes I can’t sleep due to having to wake up early, or I feel super energized and I just end up not taking them.

I HATE being unmedicated tho, the meds really REALLY do help against bipolar.
