@AmericanAir flight 1569 on 8/15 was a disaster all the way around thanks to thunderstorms and then a broken toilet that delayed us another 2 hours (5 hour delay total) BUT flight attendant Matt in first class was AMAZING! He handled everything with kindness and sense of humor.
