More on the recent trashtalking of me in light of my helping on the John Flynn @Flynn2022 incarceration case - Part 1 of 2: Sabrina Wallace and/or people on a 3 1/2 hour X Spaces recently allegedly said I shouldn't be using the word 'target' or I guess similar to describe ourselves as targeted individuals. And some people take issue with me saying 'perp'. I'm also being criticized by a friend for not watching the Sabrina Wallace videos about the IEEE and the body area networks. I'll address those 3 issues here.
These words 'target' and 'perp' are totally appropriate. A perpetrator is a criminal. There's nothing wrong with using that word and I do not use it lightly. Most TIs who have been in the TI community long enough have probably also used the companion term 'perpy' to refer to behavior that is typical of 'gangstalkers'/'contract stalkers'/surveillance roleplayers/community-based agents and typical of classic narcissists/sociopaths. We don't always know if someone is a targeting network-hired gaslighter or harasser or stalker, as are seen in reputed no ads online. But Dr. Rauni Kilde talked I believe it was about Community-Based Agents and apparently was murdered by the targeting network not long after that presumably as thought by many to be for her book about gangstalking/targeting methods.
As far as wearing out a term and being hypervigilant with each other in the targeted community and falsely accusing others - that's what's being done *to me* a lot lately. When I call a neighbor a 'perp' or more likely a 'member of the targeting network', there are reasons for it and I have proof and I've probably backed up my claims with formal complaints to someone at some level. I also include witness statements and I have those written and on video for my past 3 apartments. I also am quick to admit there are a lot of people I'm not sure about, but I'm also slow to accuse because we all know we have to be careful with that. Still, everyone obviously can use their own discretion with those they choose to surround themselves with.
Regarding the term 'target'/'targeted individual ', I used to buy into the super self-conscious terminology and still have that where I occasionally feel the lingering sense of ostracization and danger of past demonized terms like 'targeted individual', like from that time Blue Leaks exposed that at least one government Fusion Center had released some kind of alert related to Targeted Justice's activism and describing targeted individuals as words amounting to things like delusional, mentally ill, and/or dangerous. We were lectured by certain TIs not to use that term. So I went around tiptoeing and calling us 'targets' or 'targeted persons' or 'extrajudicially punished persons' or 'wrongfully watchlisted individuals' etc.. It felt like I was submitting to the political correctness permeating even the TI community, and though there's a place and time for saying certain things I have to personally draw the line somewhere. Being cautious has its virtues, but in my opinion sometimes we need to say it like it is. I already censor myself after the TI sort of etiquette training from very wise and knowledgeable people who helped me realize I can't say certain things about our targeting to certain people. I got that memo loud and clear.
Unless we're in court, though, to some degree in my opinion after being targeted overtly for 8+ years, it doesn't really matter what we call ourselves as long as we state the facts and keep ourselves safe by getting our story out there at least informally. Nevertheless, it's more unifying and consistent and coherent for our collective story to keep using the same original term 'targeted individuals'. My friend Kim pointed that out, how switching up our term can also be a tactic to take away our collective identifying label and keep moving it around so outsiders don't connect the dots too much. And I have to agree. ===> 2 of 2 following
