Spent all day at the splash pad and my baby had so much fun. Just have to get through one more week of work until we get to go on summer adventures everyday for two whole months ☀️

Being a first year teacher, teaching during a pandemic, teaching while being a full-time grad student, teaching while being pregnant, etc. None of that compares to how draining this school year has felt 😰 I’m really hoping these last 8 days fly by

I’ve had people make comments about “wasting money” taking a baby/toddler out of town when they won’t remember it. And while he may not remember it, I will, and he has SO much fun in the moment, and he’ll have lots of pictures to look back on in the future

One of my favorite things as a mom so far is to make special memories with my baby every single holiday, no matter how big or small the holiday is ❤️

It’s currently 8:30am, and I’m staring at my baby peacefully asleep waiting for him to wake up. I can’t wait until those Christmas mornings when he’s waking me up at the butt crack of dawn 😂❤️

Sitting here ordering things for my baby’s first birthday, and I just cannot believe my sweet little boy is going to be 1 in 2 weeks 🥺🥹🥲

@court_2times Chile, pre-baby teacher Court would come home from work and take a nap, and eat some popcorn for dinner if I was lazy. This whole taking care of other people’s kids and then coming home and being a real adult and a mom to a clingy baby is exhausting 😂😭
