@SouthwestAir we had to cancel a flight that had a LUV voucher and we transferred it to a flight credit, including some money we JUST paid, and you guys put the expiration of July 8th this year on it. So we have 10 days to use it AND fly….You literally stole our Money?

Since then, our bill is insane. This month we maybe used heat 8-10 times (keep our house around 60-65). The bill was $200 - more expensive than JAN when we had freezing days. HELP?
