@everydaydose please ask your delivery partners to follow instructions. Your delivery driver read explicit instructions not to deliver and still left my stuff at the door. And yes, I have a video if you would like it

Was so excited to order from @BOMBAS just to receive my package and all of the items have the stench of marijuana! By far the craziest experience ever. Has anyone else had this happen to them? The customer service team is absolutely no help.

@onepeloton I really need you all to do better about home service. I get a call that my service appointment was canceled and I needed to reschedule due to expected bad weather. Fine. I change my plans for the day, no big deal. Call and reschedule my appointment.
