3 years cancer free.
After 6 rounds of chemo, 25 rounds of radiation, 13 rounds of maintenance chemo, and 3 surgeries, I wondered if my strength would ever come back.
I prioritized eating whole foods, lifting heavy, and spending more time in nature with people I love. My strength came roaring back.
It’s in the hardest seasons that we learn what we’re made of.
Don’t take your health for granted.
Eat to nourish, move to flourish.

I was diagnosed with breast cancer at 33. It wasn’t expected, and it reminded me I’m not invincible. Cancer doesn’t discriminate. It doesn’t care how young or healthy you are.
Early detection saved my life. It can save yours too. 💜

3 years ago today, on Aug 29,2022, i was diagnosed with breast cancer. I was the healthiest person I knew with no family history.
Today is a very emotional day but I am grateful to be cancer free. I feel better than I’ve felt in years.
