@JJJLacey @rpbellamy1 But the entire legal analysis is premised on an assessment that 'long extension = no Brexit' which is tricky to make, especially as the default option is still automatically leaving. The only thing that changes in the date. Art 50 process is still live and operative

@RonanMcCrea Would have to double check but I’m fairly sure UK nationals are grouped with Irish citizens for the purposes of EP and local elections. In other words they enjoy electoral rights on the basis of UK nationality rather than EU citizenship.
