Yesterday the government made an announcement regarding the gradual opening of places of worship. They stated that, if certain conditions are met, there can be some limited use of church buildings.

I write with a heavy heart, but further to our earlier post about opening St Anne daily from Monday and in light of the new advice from gvt. I’ve realised that there isn’t a safe way of being open. Therefore the building will remain closed for all purposes until further notice.

We’ll be open between 10am and 2pm every day from Monday down at St Anne’s as a heavily hygiene-regulated community hub. Safe space to reflect and a place to coordinate supplying vulnerable people with what they need
