Thank you to the volunteers for making Christmas special for our guests. Members played board games, took part in bingo and quizzes, listened to live music, and enjoyed a delicious Christmas meal.

If you're watching @C4Dispatches here's more info. In August, our research with @Zoopla found that only 1 in 8 homes were affordable on housing benefit. Barely a month later @Shelter & @TBIJ have a frightening update. The numbers have collapsed; only 1 in 50 are now affordable.
