@AleBisini I use the free transcribing tool in Microsoft Word. Then whack the transcription in ChatGPT to get it edited. I've tried a lot of other tools and this is the best way IMO x
@NayanaMena Yep! Can't DM... Random colleagues putting hands in my hair, told I looked like 'I'd put my finger in a plug socket' when I wore my hair natural working in the City, when I came in with braids everyone was offered tea & got asked if I 'wanted a Lilt'. Constant comments at work.

5) You probably won't ever be cured but the smallest progress can feel like a huge victory
6) You won't be able to convince the people who harmed/are hurting you to go to therapy themselves. Let go of that fantasy and focus on you.
@fionalikes 1) A bad therapist can do more damage than good
2) There are lots of different types of therapy & you have to research what's best for you & when
3) NHS waiting lists can be over a year & you may only get 6 measly sessions, but there are many great, affordable private therapists
