@help_delhivery This is totally a scam...no service acount manager look into this they only said " Ticket Raise Kardo" after that no any solution...If this not solved i will take it legally...I will go to the consumer court with all the call recording with the FE.

You’re not delivering the parcel and showing misleading status to the customer.

After repeated complaint @ShiprocketCare @ShiprocketIndia is taking no any action and doing fraudulent with the customer by showing false remarks.Customer has fully paid the amount of the product and courier still yet the company is cheating the customer and not delivering it.
