We are a community-run group based in Sutton Coldfield. We have been creating and distributing ear savers and face shields for local hospitals and care homes. These have been approved by the infection control teams at Good Hope Hospital and Coventry Hospital.
Fantastic that we could drop off 500 ear savers for our NHS staff and 80 knitted hearts for bereaved families to @GoodHopeUHB today.
Thanks to all our seamstresses and knitters who have made this possible.

Massive thanks to @NMC_Group and especially UK Sales Manager, Jim Tait, for their amazingly generous donation of 200m of insulating piping used to make our face shields.

However, in the mean time if you know of any other essential organisations that needs some supplies, please feel free to get in touch. You can contact us on Twitter or via our Facebook page.
We are in the process of contacting many care homes across Sutton Coldfield that are still in need of protection such as plastic face visors. Over 600 of these visors been used at Good Hope and have also been approved by their infection control teams.
