@LongBeachPost Really? Oh, I shot someone, let me turn my camera on. What is the purpose of having the cameras if officers are not going to use them. I am so sick of overworked and rookie officers killing people. This is why people want to defund the police. #fail

@JasonRuiz_LB I am upset with our systems' leadership. They propose bandaid solutions in highly impacted communities. All it does is pit non-homeless against homeless people. When that happens plans get canceled and we still end up with our same homelessness crisis and no progress.

SEPTEMBER 27 2021 - a school police officer in Long Beach fired two shots at a moving vehicle and killed 18-year-old Mona Rodriguez. Mona left behind a five-month-old baby.

We do not need cops on campus. Use that $ and fix the classrooms. #SaferLBUSD #JusticeForMona
