As we continue to mourn the passing of Pope Francis, we want to let everyone know that today, Tuesday, April 22, at 7:00 p.m., a pontifical stational Mass will be offered for Pope Francis at the Cathedral Basilica of the Assumption, Covington.
Covington Latin School joins the rest of the Catholic world in mourning the loss of Pope Francis. The first Pope from Latin America and the first Jesuit Pope, Jorge Mario Bergoglio was known as a Pope who served with humility.
Today is Good Friday, recognized annually as the day Jesus Christ died on the Cross for our sins.
