>She had been dealing with an ongoing chronic illness which became suddenly worse around February, forcing her onto extended bed rest to stabilize it.
>It was so bad she contemplated quitting content creation entirely, and making a "That's it" announcement.
>She tried to do pre-recorded content during recovery, but her voice noticeably changed every 15 mins across multiple days, and she realized she couldn't do this without a live chat to bounce off of.
>She is feeling much better now, but she will enforce regular breaks during streams to protect her health as she notoriously sits like a statue during long ones.
>She also was barely on social media in general, so the last thing she heard of from a Nimi stream, was the "beating up wumpus" incident which she has no idea what could've caused it.
>She also made it clear that she only has two official platforms, Youtube and Twitter/X, and urged ppl to be careful of impersonators on other platforms.
>She will not have a strict schedule for streaming, instead opting for a "day-by-day, how-i-feel" basis to accommodate her health, but she plans to stream moving forward.
