We now know that Obama and Biden’s judges are orchestrating a judicial coup, so your tactics need to be adjusted

Don’t announce big moves publicly

Do what needs to be done, then by the time Democrats figure it out, draft a lawsuit, and file it with an activist judge, it will be too late

Issue Executive Orders in silence initially, then announce them after the deeds are already done

These Marxist judges can stop you from progressing forward, but they can’t force you to undo something already done (see El Salvador flights)
