@NelsonHavi Are the recent incessant compaints against judges a deliberate attempt to make people hate the judiciary? If it is not, Jonathan Sumption said, "How every good your case, the judge always has the last word," and so it is. But on bad judgments, they can always be appealed. Simple!
There is a phenomenone in Kenya I call SINGLE STANDARD: Owino cautions Khalid over blanket condemnation of the police, yet he justifies police actions by blanket condemnation of protestors. #CitizenMondayReport
@ellys_akoto@gabrieloguda The tragedy is that most believed him yet he said his only hate is POVERTY. And as Jack Bauer told us in 24, "...compromises are what we are reminded of everyday." Guy compromised, now he is running very fast in the opposite direction trying to justify why he even joined Ruto.
@NelsonHavi G.K. Chesterton wrote in "Orthodoxy": "The mad man is not the man who has lost his reason. The mad man is the man who has lost everything except his reason." Viva!
Alionya and that "smart" advocate are obviously speaking from the side table. But they got there through the back door β the door designed for poor actors like them, and their entrence fee was paid for in what could be labeled the "dues of disorder" (GenZ's blood). #JKLive
@Honcalebamisi If you use all your energy to talk REPEATEDLY here about "Kenya needs a renaissance", what engergy will you be left to prepare the motion of no confidence? Or you think the renaissance will spare you?
