On Saturday 2nd May a Cowbridge RFC side & travelling tour party were welcomed by @SportRugbyPorto. A classic game of 2 halves followed which saw Cowbridge, running on adrenaline and refreshment, take the 1st, but lose the 2nd, as tour fatigue set in. A narrow loss the result. However rugby was the winner and the trip a great success. Diolch yn fawr to our hosts, a warm welcome awaits you for the return fixture 👏👏🍺🍺
Super Saturday is upon us! The culmination of a thrilling season of very competitive rugby. Well done to all the lads who have entertained us royally 👏👏. So close again to the promotion spots, but a great showing non the less. One last chance to watch this great team today as we welcome @pentyrch_rfc to the Athletic Ground. Come and join in the fun and show your appreciation for all their efforts.
Saturday sees our playing season come to a close, and what better way than welcoming our great friends from @pentyrch_rfc to the Athletic Ground. Always a competitive fixture and both will go at it again next season. But for Saturday "To the Victor belong the spoils" 💪
Our Bulls take on Pentyrch's Rams as well in a 2pm KO.
A great day at the club to close out 25/26.

A real treat on the pumps this weekend, Bread & Butter 3.9% dry hopped pale ale from Vocation Brewery.
The ultimate fresh, easy-drinking, dry-hopped ale that balances British malts with US hops for a modern take on a classic. With mild and refreshing citrus notes, a crisp pine finish, and a rounded bitterness. Lovely! 🍺
What a Saturday of sport we have!
We entertain table toppers @WATTSTOWNRFC seeking revenge for our away encounter. One we could've, maybe should've won. KO 2.30pm
In the clubhouse it's:

Thoughts go out to all the rugby lads with a selection headache this morning. Stick with the old guard or give a debut?

Win, lose or draw, we'll all enjoy the Guinness over the next 6 weeks. There'll be ecstacy, agony, controversy, yellows, reds, heroes and villains but amid the rivalries there'll be the craic and the friendships old and new...... Simply the best sporting tournament in the world!
Watch all the action with a pint of plain at your local club.
