I'm here at the GOP watch party and was told the story of the "Republican of the Year Award." It is awarded to a member of the Boone County Republicans who the organization feels has done the most for the party. At the moment it is just living at the party. (For @KBIA)

The biggest scare I have gotten all Halloween is the realization that I do not in fact live in Washington DC and that it was all just a conference.
