after 4 long years..... Riley v2 (aka Dadley) is finally a fullsuit!

This was a labor of love and I'm really proud of how it turned out.

Sorry for the lack of posts. It's been a rough couple months.

Here are some WIPs though.

Handpaws are complete and ready to be attached to the body, which is underway now.

I have one more fur to cut out. the front torso panel is fully pieced together & ready for the zipper.

Paws are finally done!

Pattern I used is from @spiltgrapesoda w some slight mods to the liner. These will attach to the main bodysuit with zippers!

Materials are from @BigZFabric and @HowlFabric

Next up getting fingers put together, as well as prepwork for the body

Got liners and zippers installed on feetpaws and now it's gluing time!

Fur for the feetpaws are completely sewn and ready for liners!!

It's been a sluggish start but we have all the toe darts sewn up with claws installed!

The rest of the fur arrived Tuesday, so after some housework this evening it'll be time to cut out the rest of the fur for feetpaws, and get cracking on assembly!!

Let's get this time-crunch project underway!

Starting out with cutting out some footpaw and handpaw pieces while we wait on the rest of our fur! Hoping to get toes and fingers sewn up today.

So I forgot to post yesterday for #fursuitfriday but I met this lovely saber at CFF!

They were so sweet and I was blown away to learn their suit is TEN YEARS OLD?!

amazing! It's my hope that whenever I get a full suit I'm able to keep it looking just as nice!
