It’s now been over 4 months since our 20th anniversary cruise was cancelled due to Covid & still no refund from @planetcruise. Was told 90 days, then 120. That’s been and gone. Now being fobbed off with a ‘backlog’ & no idea when we’ll get our hard earned money back. Disgusting.
