Just discovered macOS tool called SwiftBar. Think of any simple program you (or Claude) can make that shows up in the menu bar. I already have:

- Time limiter/ blocker for X 😅
- How many open PRs for my main repo
- Caffeinate (screen stays awake) for duration to let agents complete work

@anhphong_dev @AnthropicAI 100% spot on. transparent window is eating clicks. Alpha detect wont work, to preserve the note's shadow from being lazily clipped the whole window has a .004 alpha in place. Claude's solution is to just reduce the window size when the crumple animation finishes. What you reckon?
