Today I had a meeting with a pro illustrator to review my portfolio. Apparently I’m almost there but not quite 😅

I will be in charge of dessert during christmas. What do you think of chesnut Vacherin ? Its basically a kind of cake where you got layers of meringue, chestnut cream, vanilla ice cream and whipped cream. And candied chestnut. Normally its made with rhasberry but I felt fancy.
