๐ Scientists of the Hub ๐
Meet Andrew Williams and his research group at UCPH. They study how dietโmicrobiome interactions shape immunity and enteric infections. Using animal models, immunology, and transcriptomics, they explore mechanisms of gut health. ๐ฆ ๐ท๐ญ
๐ Scientists of the Hub ๐
Meet Morten Arendt Rasmussen, Professor at UCPH FOOD & COPSAC. His research focuses on microbiomes, metagenomics, and phageโbacteriaโhost interactions, using bioinformatics, AI, and machine learning to better understand bacteria and human health. ๐ฆ
We are excited to welcome Lea Mรผller-Buchholz as our student assistant!๐
Lea will support the administrative, social media, and outreach activities of the Copenhagen Gut Microbiome Hub.๐
