Laughing out loud @Xfinity trying to expedite our appointment. Said they would be here from 730-830 today. No one showed up. Rearranged my entire morning, canceled appointments etc. You are a joke! How do you continue to be such a disappointment???

@Xfinity completely unacceptable and the good news is that my town is installing fiberoptic internet and I've heard great things about it. I have no problem spreading my experience far and wide. Good luck!!
