If you think wearing a mask is inconvenient, wait until you hear about the cross that Jesus wants us to carry.

Love your neighbor.
Wear a mask.😷

We are no longer in an era where trivial preaching is acceptable. Truth about perilous times, evils like racism and genuine uncertainty about the future, require a bold prophetic word with eternal implications. @SalvArmyIHQ RT if you agree! If not, on to the next tweet.

The future church will be filled with Christians who realize they're called to make disciples, not just be disciples.

In Jesus’s parables:

• One sheep gets more attention
than 99.

• One-hour workers get the
same paycheck as 12-hour
workers.

• A widow’s two pennies are
worth more than “huge sums.”

Grace is terrible math.

On Palm Sunday, they shouted "Hosanna! Hosanna!" Just days later, some shouted "Crucify him!"

Is it the same crowd? Not entirely but the point remains that some were swayed, some conspired, and some ran away.

Be steadfast. Be faithful.
Even if the crowd turns, worship Jesus.

Crisis is an accelerator. The future church is arriving faster than anyone expected.

Starting now, Sunday-focused churches will become every day-focused churches because people need to live out their faith every day.

Today Salvationists are asked to pause and focus on a challenge in our world that affects countless people of all nations. As we acknowledge, reflect and strive for a better world let’s think particularly of those who are affected and those who help. @SalvArmyIHQ
