Allegedly 2 minutes later the SIM card swap was complete by @Bell. @Bell aided the thief in store to steal my SIM card

@Bell asks me several questions to prove who I am. I appreciate this security but has the thief been scrutinized as thoroughly as I have? I got a text from @Bell saying reply No in the next 90 minutes if you did not authorize a SIM card swap.

@Bell has yes allowed a thief to steal my SIM card a second time. Both times it happened in store, 2 provinces away. I get warned the call is being recorded, but I have to go over the whole story from the beginning

@Bell has the worst customer service. The first time @Bell allowed this to happen i spoke with not less than 13 people @Bell each could answer one question but not the follow up.
