Designed as a pan-African initiative, ITJA seeks to bridge the existing knowledge gap on tax justice champions in Africa and offers foundational training to participants new to tax justice advocacy.

Since its inception, ITJA has reached over 320 participants drawn from CSOs, trade unions, media, and academia. It has since contributed to raising awareness, strengthening policy capacity, and public mobilisation.
