Your journey matters & could help shape vital research. If you answer โYesโ to the 3 questions in the poster below & are willing to share your experience, weโd love to hear from you. DM for details!
I was delighted to have been invited back to this years @RcmNi / @sandscharity conference - โ A Journey Through Bereavement Careโ - representing @cradle_charity Such a powerful day with incredibly informative presentations.
2/ Great also to spend time with the other exhibitors - sharing, supporting and signposting. Itโs fabulous to be able to collaborate and show maternity and gynae staff from across the region how all our resources can help (Most photos shamelessly stolen from Erin @ma_group_ni)
It's Volunteers' Week! โญ
A huge thank you to all of our wonderful volunteers - we couldn't do what we do without you! ๐
We spoke to Erin about her story, and her advice to anyone considering getting involved with the M.A.: https://t.co/n5hzcvV9iM

The Assembly has passed our motion to progress the Baby Loss Certificate scheme.
This scheme will send a very clear message to parents who have suffered the heartbreak of losing a baby during pregnancy: that your love is real, your grief is valid, and that you are not alone.
We hear you, we see you, and we will work to support you.
The Assembly has passed our motion to progress the Baby Loss Certificate scheme.
The development of a Baby Loss Certificate scheme would ensure that bereaved parents can have an official document acknowledging a baby lost during pregnancy before 24 weeks.

๐ Always the hardest delivery of the year. Thereโs just something about getting this particular batch of bags packed and ready to hand over that hits me in the feels that little bit harder. ๐ชก 1/
3/I KNOW Iโve probably missed the boat completely in asking if CRADLE Belfast could be considered as a chosen office charity for a XmasCollection or even popping a wee extra into your shopping basket, but all help for keeping me going into the new year would be SO appreciated.
2/ Itโs never lost on me that the families receiving our Comfort Bags over the next week or two certainly arenโt getting the parcel they were wishing for. I know Iโve been very quiet on here but Iโve been having a much needed social media detox.
During Baby Loss Awareness Week we displayed a powerful art exhibition at Belfast Exposed, with pieces created by parents from our Snowdrop Group.
The feedback was extremely positive, highlighting the courage and efforts of the families involved.
#FeedbackFriday
