PTA meeting yesterday discussing future fund raising/social events. Great news...we can now kit out 2 classrooms with ict (computers!) and equipment plus sports equipment. Next meeting: 13th June, we’d love to have more join us 😊
Sorry Julia Bignall you missed the photo!!
Kirsty Williams visited us Monday to hear how Lime Class are investigating numeracy in board & card games and using this info to make their own. Thanks to Arts Council of Wales, Tom and Sonia (visiting Uni Lecturers), Guy (creative agent) & Mrs Harley for making it happen.
This Saturday (28th April) 10 am - 3pm, PTA are holding a grounds day to spruce up our outdoors. We'd welcome help from anyone who can join us, 1/2 hour or whole day. We've some tools but bringing your own would be ideal. Gloves definitely recommended! **bacon butties at 11am!**
If your child is in Lime Class (Miss Robert's!), as part of their creative schools work they will be identifying how important maths is in a variety of different board games. Please could Lime Class children bring in any board games they have on Monday to compare. Thank you.
You might have seen the NSPCC TV campaign - please join in and TALK PANTS to your child. We hope they never need to know it, but let's all make sure they do. https://t.co/kwu7l2WarS
We are thrilled to be welcoming so many pupils from local primary schools to our auditorium today to take part in Mid Wales Music Trust's interactive show 'The Lost Box of Stories.'
We are sure that they will all thoroughly enjoy themselves!
We plan to be OPEN tomorrow. Car park should be snow ploughed & gritted by Powys pre-school tomorrow but possibly not before Kids Club, so please take extra care. Paths may be slippy too. No info as to whether our buses will be running yet but will confirm if/when I hear.
