For the past year, I’ve scaled a YouTube channel to 50k+ new subs (long form content only).

3. LEVERAGE YOUR PASSION

Unless you’re going the YouTube automation route - making as many channels as possible..

Only make channels on topics you know inside and out

If you love soccer - Don’t make linguistics videos - make a soccer channel!

Same niche

Vid 1: $12 RPM
Vid 2: $6

It’s related to interruptive ads - my low RPM vids have them, and my high RPM vids don’t - but all my vids are structured the same

Any advice?

Day 4-7: other than hunting for closers I’ve been hunting for editors, scripting videos (trying to get 5 YouTube vids out weekly for my client, and 30 short form clips per month). My client has been taking the closing calls as of now. He’s taken approx 22 calls and closed 7
