@ALucieSmith Sorry, Father, but that is wrong. For an accused, anonymity usually only applies until charge. Sometimes, more complainants come forward which can assist the Crown’s case, just as the reverse can be said to assist the Defence.

That’s a pretty low bar. In Malta, I was turned away from court when wearing (presentable) shorts.

A desire to charge every possible offence. Pre-recorded evidence in chief. More offenders so more to be sentenced.
