@CUPRA The worst experience I've had in buying a car. 2 weeks into ownership the cupra born had to go back to Cupra to sort an error with the 12v battery. Another error came up and it had to have the high voltage battery diagnosed. 2 months later I still dont have the car back.

Yes I took an offer of 80% variable selling fees and sold two items. One item was overcharged and when I asked the rep to look into it they weren't very helpful.

Cars on there every night from 9.30pm to midnight anti social behaviour revving engines, racing each other and doing doughnuts all night. Think 2 years is enough time to sort it out.

I appreciate games cannot be shown at 3pm Saturday due to UK laws, but viaplay haven't been showing games on the TV channels over the last few weeks.
It's frustrating as I have paid to watch la liga games on a TV channel. Not everyone has the ability to stream games.
@skytv I'm still waiting for my reward card which you should have sent when I recommended a family member to sky. I've tried to phone but can't get through to anyone
@samsungbusiness This has nothing to do with a cooling off period.
Samsung mis-sold me the phone due to incorrect information given by a samsung adviser. See screenshots of the chat where the 'expert' adviser told me I could claim the cashback. I would not have purchased this otherwise.

You haven't upheld the cashback offer that I was told I was eligible by one of your advisers. I'm returning the s20 for a full refund. Appalling service, dishonest and difficult to get a straight answer
@samsungbusiness I am returning the phone because I was given misleading / wrong information regarding the cashback offer. I was told I could claim cashback, yet when I tried to claim, I was then informed I couldn't claim the cashback. That is the only reason for the return.
