Hello everyone, I hope you're all well and had a good Saturday today.
Today, I went on a nice cycling run from Dunoon to nd around the Isle of Bute.
Took me 4 hours & 17 minutes to cycle 41 miles.
So it was a good day of cycling around the Cowal and Bute.

Today, it took me 6 hours & 15 minutes to cycle 46 miles from Newton Stewart to Ayr along National CycleNetworkRoute 7. More steep climbs but brilliant views along the way.
It was a great weekend to cycle 119 miles in 2 days in the South of Scotland.

Hello everyone, I hope you're all doing well and had a good weekend.
Just completed a 2 day cycling trip from Dumfries to Ayr via Newton Stewart along National Cycle Network Route 7.
Yesterday, it took me 7 hours & 53 minutes to cycle 73 miles from Dumfries to Newton Stewart.

Just been on a nice cycle run from Falkirk to Edinburgh along National Cycle Network Route 754.
Took me 3 hours to complete the 31 mile route along the Union Canal.
