Can someone please assist with my jagex launcher being disabled. There is no reason for this to take place at all.

@JagexSupport @Jagex can someone assist me with a manual perm mute. It’s been several months and i want to flag it wasn’t myself rather a friend who had access to my account who got me perm muted. Please check IP address and you will find yourself. He was pking on my account.

@JagexSupport @Jagex Carefully reviewed… why don’t you take time to check IP addresses. A friend has access to my account and was pking. I am being penalised for his actions and jagex is talking with certainty without clearly checking IP.

I have seperated from my wife just recently and agree I’ve been off lately. The appeal had no evidence not saying it wasn’t true. I want to appeal for 1 chance, just a temp mute of 30 days. no evidence for me to appeal so it makes it difficult.
