Just heard the worst story about @Nedbank and couldn’t recommend everyone moving from this awful bank! Innocent lady’s card stolen from an ATM which swallowed her card. @Nedbank won’t investigate and won’t reimburse the R5k stollen which is 1 month’s salary for this poor person!!

@Nedbank It’s the protocols you refer to which are precisely the issue... and yes I know the full story and have spoken to a regional manager, hence resorting to social media to warn others of becoming victim to protocols!

Update: it’s now been over 6 weeks and @TAKEALOT still haven’t resolved this. At least once this is resolved I’ll never have to deal@with them again but my word it’s been a nightmare. Couldn’t recommend avoiding them enough!
