“I never thought I’d live to see the day when the right wing would become the cool ones giving the middle finger to the establishment, and the left wing becoming the snivelling self-righteous twats, going around shaming everyone.”
- John Lydon, The Sex Pistols
Look at that stare. What do you see? I will tell you what I see. A man who resents the public he serves. A man who does not like ORDINARY PEOPLE having a VOICE.
Keir Starmer told the world Britain is not censoring anyone. THIRTY ARRESTS A DAY for social media posts says otherwise.
Over 30 arrests a day for tweets. A threatened X ban. AI scanning every phone in Britain.
US Congress named him personally in a censorship report. The US State Department warned Britain it was going down a dark path.
That is not a policy. That is not the truth. And we are all living inside it.
America is fighting harder for British free speech than the British Prime Minister is. The US State Department named him. US Congress named him. Both warned him. Both stood up for British citizens' right to speak.
And Starmer's response was to plan software that scans every phone in Britain. The country that wrote Magna Carta is being defended by Washington.
They told you the Online Safety Act was about protecting children. What it actually does is give Ofcom the power to decide what you are allowed to say. Ofcom answers to the government. You do not get a vote. You just get arrested for it.
Thirty people a day found that out in 2023. That is not child protection. That is POPULATION CONTROL.
Free speech is not a far right value. It is not a racist value. This is about a government that cannot answer the questions ordinary people are asking. So instead of answering them they are criminalising them.
When they take that they take everything.
Britain gave the world the right to speak. Keir Starmer is trying to take it back. WE WILL NOT LET HIM.
I don’t like seeing Belfast on fire. Nobody does.
But if politicians are looking for somebody to blame, they should look in the mirror.
It’s not Elon Musk or social media.
It’s politicians that have betrayed voters time and again.
400 years of N Irish, Irish and English hostilities have ended today. We are all one now. We all face a fight for survival against a common enemy. Them.
Well, @UKLabour
After watching the horrific attack in Belfast last night, are we allowed to feel rage yet?
Or do we still have to keep quiet in the name of diversity?
Asking on behalf of a nation.
